Event Refund Policy

Effective date: March 1, 2026

By Purchasing a pass to the Sharpen Up Summit Recruiting Events All Adult Participants and Parents of Minor Participants Agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows:

Refund Policies

Sharpen Up Summit and Golden Access Day:

Non-Refundable Ticket – All Events

Cancellation by Participant: The following refund policy will apply regardless of family emergencies, injuries, illness, airline delays/cancellations, as well as conflicting life events. No exceptions. 

All sales are non-refundable and non-transferrable to other individuals as well as future Sharpen Up events.

Refundable Tickets cannot be purchased after initial event purchase. 

Refundable Ticket (Pre-Purchase with registration Only) – Arizona Event Only

Refundable Tickets cannot be purchased after initial event ticket purchase. 

  • For refund requests received on or before May 13th, 2026, full refunds will be issued for $459 (The Sharpen Up Summit Experience price), $688 (The Summit Experience + Golden Access Day price) or the amount of the discounted rate paid. 
  • The $65 refundable ticket payment will be retained by Sharpen Up to cover processing fees and administration time of processing cancellation and replacement of a dancer.
  • For refund requests received on or before May 29th, 2026, refunds will be issued for 50% of the full amount paid. The remainder is not eligible for any transfers or credits for any service. 
  • The $65 refundable ticket payment will be retained by Sharpen Up to cover processing fees and administration time of processing cancellation and replacement of a dancer.
  • No refunds will be given after May 29th, 2026, regardless of family emergencies, injuries, illness, airline delays/cancellations, as well as conflicting life events. No exceptions. 

Beginning May 29th, 2026, NO REFUNDS will be issued regardless of ticket purchased for any circumstance. 

After submitting your refund request via email to info@sharpenupdtt.com on or before May 12th, 2026, please allow up to fourteen (14) business days to process your refund request.

Cancellation by SUDTT: Sharpen Up Dance Team Training (Sharpen Up) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Sharpen Up cancels an event, registrants will be offered a refund. Refunds will be issued on the same platform that was used for payment (Stripe).

If Sharpen Up reschedules an event, ticket value will be transferred to the new event.
