I acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable. Sessions rescheduled within 8 hours or arrivals more than 10 minutes late to agreed upon session time may result in session loss. Failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-shows") results in forfeiture of the session without credit or rescheduling. Packages must be activated within six (6) months of purchase and completed within twelve (12) months of activation.
