  • Double check for any typos in your contact information. Use proper grammar. Be sure to enter your email AND your parent/guardian email, not two of the same emails.
  • Have your headshots & resume ready to upload.
  • Be prepared to answer the questions “Why are you attending the Summit?”, “What do you look for in a college experience?” and “List your top 3 college choices”
  •  Consider the full experience – Refundable vs. Non-refundable tickets, Golden Hour add-on, how many parent observers, be sure parents buy passes AND RSVP to parent recruitment classes
  • Be sure to locate the confirmation email in your inbox/spam folder and save it for future reference.
  • Full detailed email about the event will be sent 2 weeks before the event
  • Book travel/hotel after you receive your confirmation email.

Register for Golden Hour + 4x8 Mini Evaluation Add-on: Only for juniors & seniors, classes of 2026 & 2027
Participate in this exclusive mock audition-style evaluation with college coach feedback and enjoy premier one-on-one meet and greet time with coaches, all taking place on Saturday evening. Plus, receive a mini written evaluation emailed to your inbox 2 weeks after the event!
Two-Day Parent Observer Passes (max 2)
Parent observer passes will be $25.00 per day (Saturday & Sunday) if paid for in-person at the door on the day of the event.

Note: No Public Spectators allowed who are not affiliated with attending dancers.

“Cracking the Code Part 1: Recruitment 101 for Parents and Coaches” – First time attendees MUST ATTEND!! Get all of your questions answered and a clear roadmap to help your dancer navigate his/her journey from freshman year of high school to college dance team!

SUNDAY AUGUST 3rd (DAY 2) 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
“Cracking the Code Part 2: Navigating the Journey – A Parent Roundtable for Strategy & Support for Peturning Parents” – Bring your questions, scenarios, and roadblocks—this is your space to collaborate with other parents, gain insight from experienced mentors, and walk away with actionable strategies tailored to your dancer’s unique path. Let’s map out the next steps together!
