For dancers, this is an educational event and for Coaches this a marketing & scouting event. Coaches observe dancers showcasing technique combos, game day, jazz/contemporary, pom, hip hop and 4×8’s. Coaches are involved in our programming & get a lot of face time in front of these athletes to promote their programs and to help educate them. We are strategic with our tabling sessions to ensure every athlete visits every college! Coaches select 5 dancers to “reconnect” with at the close of the event.

Golden Hour is an exclusive Evaluation/Feedback Add-on session held on the evening of Day 1, available to upperclassmen only. Participants perform material selected from the event in a “mock-audition style” showcase. College coaches will provide face-to-face verbal feedback to dancers. Then, dancers and coaches enjoy a special meet’n’greet session. This is an extra special part of our event that dancers and coaches LOVE!

Wear light layers. August in AZ is HOT outside (its a dry heat, like an oven) which also means the AC will be blowing in the building, so you will want to be able to add/remove layers throughout the event.

Dress to your true style and team branding! Some coaches wear athleisure attire, some in trendy styles rocking team colors, and some in business casual.

If you plan to go out during your stay, really anything goes in this state – from maxi dresses to jeans, tank tops, and flip flops!
